MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a naturally occurring dietary sulphur compound found in all living things including the cells that make up all the body¹s liquids, tissues, enzymes, hormones and natural anti-oxidants. Sulphur, a mineral element is critical to the normal function and structure of the human body.

Glucosamine is made up of glucose and an amino acid called ‘glutamine’ and is produced in the body to help manufacture specialised molecules called ‘glycosaminoglycans’ (GAGs), which are important for the development of bone, tendons, ligaments, nails, hair, skin and cartilage (the gel-like material that cushions joints).

Directions for use:
Place a small amount on your fingertips and rub in gently. For larger areas, apply the cream over the entire surface and message gently until the cream has penetrated. You should begin to feel the benefit within 15mins.
